At Tyty Hair Braiding, we’re dedicated to providing our valued clients with an exceptional experience from the moment they step through our doors until they leave our beautiful salon. We invite you to review our policies to familiarize yourself with how we operate. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always happy to assist.

  • Appointments: You can schedule your appointment by sending a text message to (240) 355-1621.
  • Walk-ins: Walk-ins are always welcome.
  • Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Zelle, and CashApp.
  • Cancellations: Kindly notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Late Arrivals: Please call to inform us if you’re running late. If you arrive more than 30 minutes past your appointment time, we may need to reopen or offer your slot to another client. If we hold your appointment, we might not be able to complete the full service you booked.
  • Corrections: We offer all clients a 48-hour window from the time of their service to report any concerns and request a redo or correction if they are not satisfied with their hair.
